Hello! I am Confident from the DBSA Mood Crew! I know sometimes it isn’t easy to feel confident. Sometimes we feel shy, unsure, or worried, so, I’ve created some special resources for trusted adults to use with kids who may need a confidence boost! First, I created a special set of question cards that can be helpful to begin important conversations about ME, Confident! And, since sometimes it can be hard to feel confident, which is why I always have my Confidence Cape ready to put on. Download the Confidence Cape worksheet to help a child understand all the strengths they can add to their own cape.

Download Confident’s Question Cards and Confident’s Cape for interactive activities for parents, caregivers, clinicians, or educators to use with children to facilitate strengths-based conversations. Particularly for children who are feeling unsure, shy, or worried, being reminded of their strengths can be a helpful confidence-building activity. This worksheet and cards are meant to be conversation starters that you can use in various ways to get children thinking about their strengths!

Confident wants you to see your strengths! Try these activities.
