Vera Lewis is responsible for developing and executing DBSA’s development plans, which guide all aspects of the organization’s fundraising strategy.
Along with her team, she will build on DBSA’s current fundraising success and focus on expanding partnerships on a national, state, and local level. This includes the cultivation of relationships with organizations serving communities of color and other cultural groups to connect their members with education and peer support. She is particularly passionate about forming partnerships to increase support group capacity and eradicate stigma.
Lewis holds an MA in business administration from DePaul University.
