Major Depressive Disorder | November 16, 2018

On November 16, 2018, the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) hosted a 4-hour meeting that empowers peers to share with FDA and medical product developers their experiences of living with depression. During the first half of the meeting, peers shared the impact living with depression has on their lives. During the second half, peers shared on the effectiveness of current treatment options and gaps between current treatment outcomes and what they are seeking. Opening and closing remarks provided by FDA staff share how FDA uses this information to support patient-centric medical product development. The seven videos are in chronological order.
