Emma Nutter is currently serving as the Operations Coordinator at DBSA, where she supports day-to-day operational and financial functions critical to the organization’s mission. Her work includes maintaining financial records, processing invoices, tracking budgets, and coordinating vendor and facilities needs to ensure a well-functioning, welcoming environment for staff and stakeholders alike.
With a strong background in operations and data analysis, Emma brings several years of experience in streamlining workflows, improving internal systems, and enhancing organizational efficiency. She is passionate about building infrastructure that supports mental health advocacy and nonprofit impact.
Emma is also finishing up her Master of Arts in Public Policy at the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy, where she focuses on data analytics, public finance, and justice policy. In her free time, she enjoys being out in nature, going to the Art Institute, and hanging out with her cat, Toby.
