Submission Guidelines
- Your submission should be written in the form of a letter to your younger self
- Your submission should focus on how you reflect on your past experiences and find hope, inspiration, and support on your journey
- Letters should be no longer than 3 pages
- Please do not reference another person by name or include identifying information of another person in your story
- Please do not give advice in your story, share your story from your own perspective of what worked well or didn’t work well in your own experience
- Use respectful language
- You must be between the ages of 18-35 to submit
- You must identify lived experience of a mood disorder
- You must be willing to record a podcast related to the letter you’ve written, should your letter be selected
