Submission Guidelines

  • Your submission should be written in the form of a letter to your younger self
  • Your submission should focus on how you reflect on your past experiences and find hope, inspiration, and support on your journey
  • Letters should be no longer than 3 pages
  • Please do not reference another person by name or include identifying information of another person in your story
  • Please do not give advice in your story, share your story from your own perspective of what worked well or didn’t work well in your own experience
  • Use respectful language
  • You must be between the ages of 18-35 to submit
  • You must identify lived experience of a mood disorder
  • You must be willing to record a podcast related to the letter you’ve written, should your letter be selected

    I am willing to publicly (First Name, Last initial) self-identify and record a podcast on the letter
