DBSA President, Speakers Bureau Member Appeared on The View

DBSA President Sue Bergeson, appeared on a special edition of ABC’s The View, Friday, March 9. Also appearing was Speakers Bureau member and Baltimore County Chapter Leader Lisa Morris. Both Bergeson and Morris talked about the important topic of women and depression with hosts, and fellow consumers, Rosie O’Donnell and former soap opera star Linda Dano.

Dano talked about how she was diagnosed with depression after losing both her mother and father in the span of less than two weeks. O’Donnell also shared her own experience with depression and how she came to realize she needed help following the Columbine High School tragedy in 1999.
