Rebecca's Dream Gala & Fundraiser 2009 |

Rebecca's Dream Gala November 7, 2009
Get all the details.
Rebecca Cutler was a beautiful, gifted, talented, funny, best friend to many, and a wonderful daughter who loved her family, enjoyed a good time and lived with depression and bipolar disorder. In 2004, Rebecca lost her fight with bipolar disorder to suicide. Since then, her parents have become activists and have chosen to bring the illnesses out of the shadows by chairing the benefit themselves.
To that end, DBSA hosts an annual benefit in Chicago each November. The funds raised from Rebecca’s Dream are used to promote the awareness and compassionate understanding of depression and bipolar disorder as real diseases by supporting public outreach through the media, health fairs, schools, health professionals, and public speaking.
