Getting to the Conference Be sure to visit the Hotel and Travel section of the conference website for information on things like the cheapest parking, Greyhound bus and Amrack train options, airport shuttle services, and much more!
Booking Your Hotel Room DBSA has negotiated very reasonable rates for attendees at the conference hotel, the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis. Visit the Hotel and Travel section of the conference website for information on booking your hotel room by phone or online.
Room Temperature Conference meeting rooms often fluctuate in temperature. While we and the hotel do our best to stay on top of temperature concerns, it’s best to be prepared. We recommend dressing in layers and bringing a light sweater with your to sessions, just in case.
Medication If you are taking medication, please remember to bring a few extra days’ supply to the conference, in case you decide to stay longer than anticipated. In addition, we recommend that you also bring the following with you: a list of your medication(s), your doctor’s name and emergency telephone number, the name of a friend or relative and his/her emergency telephone number, and a copy of your insurance card. If you are flying to the conference, please be sure to pack your medication in your carry-on bag and take it onboard with you in its original, labeled container. Do not pack medication in luggage that will be checked.
