Your message of congratulations, love or condolence will carry greater significance because it will be helping DBSA improve the lives of people living with mood disorders.  Our signature quilt notecard can be sent in lieu of gifts or flowers for any holiday or occasion.  The cards give special dignity to an expression of sympathy by honoring the memory of a loved one.

For a $25.00 donation, we will send the recipient one of our signature quilt notecards announcing your thoughtful donation in their name.  You may add a personalized message if you wish; just let us know on the form what you want to say.

The notecard will include your name, but the amount given is never indicated. If you prefer, we can send the gift announcement notecards directly to you please indicate your preference on the form.
