You'll use Google Checkout to select and purchase the different DBSA conference events you wish to attend. The Google Checkout system calls these events "items."
Below, you can choose from various DBSA conference events, divided into different sections. Each time you select an "item" (a DBSA conference event), it will automatically be added to the "View Cart" box at the top right of your screen. This way, you can keep track of what you're spending as you go along.

Instructions:
Use the drop-down menu in each section to select the conference event(s) you wish to purchase and the appropriate price level. There are two price levels for each conference event: "Chapter Member" or "General Public." If you participate in a DBSA chapter or support group select the "Chapter Member" level. If not, select the "General Public" level.
Click the blue "Add to Cart" button.
Continue to the next section and decide if you wish to purchase any of that section's conference events.
When you've selected all the conference events you wish to attend and are ready to complete your purchase, go to the "View Cart" box (in the top right corner of your screen) and click the blue "Checkout" button.
Notes:
To complete your online registration, you will need to create a Google Account or access your existing one. This is a quick and secure process.
After you've made your payment online, Google Checkout will automatically send you an e-mail confirmation. This e-mail is in addition to the one you received after completing the DBSA survey on the previous page. Google Checkout is also set up to automatically inform you that the "items" you purchased are being shipped. However, contrary to this automatic note from Google Checkout, nothing will be shipped to you. You will NOT receive a letter or tickets in the mail. Please note that the e-mail confirmation you receive serves as the ONLY confirmation of your registration for the DBSA 2013 National Conference. PLEASE KEEP A COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS.

Chapter Leadership Note
FREE attendance is limited for Friday’s DBSA Chapter Leadership Form to only the first 100 DBSA chapter or support group members. Paid attendance over 100 is available to both DBSA chapter/support group members and the general public.
Special Needs Note
Individuals MUST indicate on this form any special accessibility or accommodation needs so that DBSA can provide the appropriate resources. We request that individuals provide a minimum of one month’s notice (May 14, 2013) so that we can ensure that resources are available and that they can be secured at a reasonable rate.

Donor Note
Donors are those who have given $55 or more to DBSA’s national office within the past 12 months receive a 10% discount (DBSA will verify).
Non-donors will receive the donor rate if they contribute at least $55 at the time of registration.
Policy Information
Refunds (minus a $25 cancellation fee) will ONLY be given if you cancel no later than May 20, 2013. You may transfer your registration to another person. However, you must notify webmaster@dbsalliance.org in writing of this transfer no later than May 20, 2013.
Conference events are subject to additions and changes. DBSA reserves the right to cancel this conference at any time. In the unlikely event that this occurs, registration fees will be refunded in full.
