DBSA Salt Lake
Depression Bipolar Support Alliance Salt Lake
How We Can Help
DBSA Salt Lake serves the Wasatch Front and is comprised of people who live with depression, bipolar disorders or other mood disorders every day and want to get help in their recovery.
We hold two weekly confidential peer-led meetings where adults with mood disorders can share experiences, problems, solutions, and best of all, support. Group members are evenly split men & women and range in age from 18-65 with the largest no. being in the 25-45 age group. Support groups are an important role in recovery with 86% of those attending reporting that their group helped them with treatment adherence. Having people who understand and perhaps share your situation is a very powerful tool for recovery.
We encourage you to attend.
